Floor Plans 

At Park Lane Ala Moana, because of the layout of the project sprawling sideways across 7 acres, there was more freedom to create different floor plans. On a typical condo project you maybe have eight or ten different floor plans depending on how many units you have per floor and those plans don't change much as you go up the building (for structural engineering reasons). At Park Lane because the project isn't very vertical, the developer was allowed more flexibility with floor plans. Below is a "typical" floor plate of the project but within this one floor plate there are many variances between units.

If you're looking for a Park Lane Ala Moana unit for rent expect to pay some big money. The rents at Park Lane are some the highest on a price per square foot basis on the entire island of Oahu. At the time of writing, I'm seeing a one-bedroom unit at 855 sqft asking $7,500 per month with a three-bedroom just recently renting for $20,000 a month.
