Ae'o is one of my favorite condos in Ward Village and its the first condo that was priced in a relatively affordable price point in the neighborhood. You can find studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units at Ae'o with the studio and one-bedrooms starting at under $700,000 and $900,000. The project is situated in the second row within Ward Village offering great ocean views for the Diamond Head facing units in the building. The west facing units have some ocean views but the downside of the west side of the building is that 'A'ali'i will be built adjacent to Ae'o blocking most views.

Many of the units were built with this wing design so that you can see directly toward the ocean but standing within your building, let's say in the kitchen, your view will be primarily of Aalii.
